The Aqua Play, Toddler and Pre-school classes are not just about learning to swim, it offers you and your child awareness of the safety required around water. These classes provide exciting and positive bonding experiences for parent and child, and is a fun environment to develop social skills and meet other people.

Mother/Parent & Baby Lessons: Infant aquatic classes are for children between 6 months and 3 years of age. They provide water familiarisation for the infant and parents, through fun, games, and songs.
Pre-School: The Pre-school classes provide water familiarisation, confidence, and focus on learning through fun and games.
School Aged: The School Aged Swimmers focus on stroke development and more intense water safety skills.
Super Sharks: Super Sharks is about bridging the gap between lessons and joining an aquatic club.
Adult Lessons: Adult lessons cater for all levels from a beginner to the seasoned swimmer, that wishes to improve their stroke technique. (There is no Age Barrier for these Lessons)

Aquarobics
The Aquarobics Classes aim to improve fitness, strength and mobility in a fun and social environment.
Lite Pace (Pension)
Is a low intensity is a shallow water aerobic workout, incorporating a variety of rhythmic body movements and dance steps.
Tuesday 8.30am, Thursday 8.30am & 10.30am, Saturdays 9.00am
Shallow Water High Intensity Aerobics
This class is held completely in shallow water and is more intense with more impact, focusing on keeping the muscles and joints healthy.
Wednesday 8.30am
Deep Water Aerobics
This is a high resistance workout with the entire class time taking place in the deep water with the assistance of floatation devices and water resistance equipment.

Hydroriders
A hydro rider is unique aquatic stationary bike which allows you to pedal while immersed in the water taking advantage of the many benefits of the aquatic environment.
